Please do not file RTI applications through this portal for public authorities under the State Governments except Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department, Government of West Bengal. If filed, the application may be returned without refund.

This portal facilitates submission of RTI Applications and First Appeals online. Payment of the requisite amount of Rs. 10/- can be made through the GRIPS portal.

Through this portal, RTI applications and first appeals can be filed only by Indian citizens for the Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department, Government of West Bengal.

RTI applications and appeals should not be filed for other Public Authorities under Central or State Governments through this portal.
